It requires commitment to turn inward with courage and positive regard. This commitment is the foundation of our work at Yolanda Speaks. We work with our clients to uncover biases and make this deep commitment to themselves to engage in the lifelong process of observing and correcting conditioning.
The Royal Path
Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj said "Self-awareness is the Royal path." Leadership requires that we have the self-awareness to work effectively with others from various backgrounds. Our presentations and coaching encourage individuals to reflect on their deeply held beliefs about race, sexual orientation, religion, gender, and identity.
Leadership
The foundation of effective leadership is deep and profound self-awareness, self-management, and empathy. We challenge our leadership intensive clients to make self-awareness a practice. Developing and maintaining the ability to critically reflect on one's own life is crucial for leaders. This is rigorous work and we are here to facilitate and support it.
