Coaching With Auntie Yogi

Many of us are afraid to acknowledge that we have human biases or prejudices.  Even though we know that we all struggle with our biases, we've also been taught that to own our prejudices is to be judged.

Auntie Yogi provides a safe, judgement-free, confidential, and challenging environment where individuals like you can identify, manage, and master their human biases. We encourage self-awareness and build human connections through out of the box, raw, focused, and challenging conversations.

Auntie Yogi loves to guide clients on long, reflective walks in the woods.  During an hour-long walk, clients are guided to be present as much as possible with their surroundings. Then: intermittent silence and reflective sharing. It is beautiful how reflective woods walking, mindfulness meditation, yoga and other introspective exercises make it possible to gain mastery and create one's own practice and teach others. These practices are magical!
